As the spring was just moments away from full bloom, two weeks ago TheWattyWay academy realized that it was time to head to Brantford before the foliage would block our views of our area’s wonderful architecture from the mature streetscape.

Since visiting friends as a child, I’ve always been enthralled by the estates up and down and around old Dufferin Avenue. Here are some of the big estates, and we’ll show you some of the more modest homes tomorrow.

...and yes, TheWattyWay academy did go for a hike and once again found ourselves relaxing alongside of the Grand River. Enjoy and I always love to hear your thoughts!

Spring is in full bloom now, so I’m so happy that the boys and I were able to make it out before the long weekend, so the trees didn’t cover the charm and character of these Brantford charmers. ⠀

In many cases, with Real Estate, quantity (size) matters, but the quality (design and aesthetic) will always catch our eyes, imagination and hearts.
